Undergrad at Stellenbosch University – cum laude first year BSc 1995

Finished MBChB 2002

Postgrad UK (there 2002 – 2007) – Member of The College of Royal Physicians (MRCP)

Moved back to SA and started my physician training at Stellenbosch University

My first year of specialist physician training was done in Worcester

Completed my FCP (specialist physician) in 2013

I continued to specialise in pulmonology and started my certificate in pulmonology in 2014.

I did my MPhil Pulmonology in interventional pulmonology (thoracoscopy sedation) in 2016.

Publications: 10, including pleural and TB work

Currently working at Mediclinic Panorama in practice with Dr Johan Theron (interventional pulmonologist)

Interests – interventional pulmonology, pleural diseases, sports medicine
